How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and destination. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options, including next-day air, are available. International shipping may take longer depending on customs processing.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed for shipment may be eligible for modification or cancellation.
Please double-check your order details carefully before completing checkout. Once a product has been shipped and delivered, we are unable to accept returns due to strict safety and protocol requirements. This policy ensures the highest level of chain-of-custody integrity for our products.
What is your refund and replacement policy?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After verifying the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund.
All shipments are automatically covered by Parcel Guard Insurance, which protects your package against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If a package is lost or stolen before delivery, Parcel Guard coverage allows us to file a claim on your behalf and provide a replacement or refund.
Please note: While damaged or incorrect items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, returns are not accepted after delivery once a product has left our chain of custody, in order to maintain product safety and compliance protocols.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are securely processed to ensure your protection.
Do you offer bundle purchases or discounts?
Yes, select products can be purchased in bundles for added savings. Bundle options are displayed on product pages when available.
How can I join the community or stay updated?
Upon completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation that includes a link to join our private Facebook community. This group provides exclusive updates, product education, and customer support.
How do I leave a review?
After your order has been delivered, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a direct link to leave a Google review. Your feedback helps us improve and assists future customers.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. All of our products are verified through independent lab testing.
Testing Page: The COAs are linked for transparency and can be viewed directly.
Product Pages: A scanned COA is displayed at the bottom of each product page for your reference.
QR Codes: Each product also includes a QR code linking directly to the associated product page for easy verification.
Do you offer different product sizes?
Yes. Most products are available in multiple sizes or dosages (e.g., 5mg / 10mg / 20mg). Available options can be selected on each product page before adding to cart.
Where can I find product information or education?
We provide a detailed Peptide Library available from the top navigation menu. This includes product information, usage details, and educational content. The library may also be combined with our blog for easier browsing, but will remain a dedicated section for customer access.
Are these products intended for human consumption?
No. Our products are not intended for human consumption, medical treatment, or diagnostic use under any circumstances. They are manufactured and sold exclusively for scientific research and laboratory purposes.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Products are not to be ingested, injected, inhaled, or applied to the body in any form.
- Products must only be used in controlled laboratory or research settings by qualified professionals.
- The buyer assumes full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use of all materials.
We strictly prohibit misuse, and any attempt to use these products outside of their intended research purpose is a violation of our terms of sale.
This policy is in place to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and to maintain the highest standards of product integrity and safety.
Is my order insured?
Yes. All shipments are automatically protected by Parcel Guard Insurance. This covers your package in case of loss or damage during transit.
Do I need to pay extra for Parcel Guard Insurance?
No. Insurance is automatically included with every order at no additional cost.
