At Illuminated Peptides, we are committed to delivering your research products securely, quickly, and with full transparency. All shipments are automatically covered under Parcel Guard Insurance for added protection. This policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment (Monday through Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping options, including overnight and expedited delivery, are displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Times

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Most packages arrive within 2–7 business days depending on the shipping option chosen.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Tracking & Insurance

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • Tracking can be monitored directly through our Illuminated Peptides Tracking Portal.

  • All packages are protected by Parcel Guard Insurance. This means your order is insured against loss or damage during transit.

5. Packaging & Product Integrity

  • All products are packaged securely to preserve integrity and prevent damage, leakage, or tampering.

  • We take extra precautions to maintain chain of custody during shipment.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • While most orders arrive on schedule, delays can occur due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier issues.

  • Illuminated Peptides is not liable for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

  • In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, Parcel Guard Insurance provides protection. Please contact our support team for claim assistance.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

8. Research Use Disclaimer

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical treatment, or diagnostic use.
