At Illuminated Peptides, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable service. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, strict return and refund protocols are in place to maintain product integrity and compliance.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • No returns are accepted once an order has been delivered. This ensures the highest standards of safety, compliance, and chain-of-custody integrity.

  • Returns are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately if you wish to modify or cancel an order before dispatch.

2. Damaged, Defective, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • If your package is lost or stolen in transit, it is covered by Parcel Guard Insurance. Please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim on your behalf.

  • We may request photos or additional details for verification.

  • Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are responsible for the error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been shipped and delivered.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items returned outside the 7-day reporting window.

  • Products purchased for any purpose other than laboratory research use.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipment.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned or undeliverable due to incorrect address information may incur additional shipping costs for reshipment.

7. Research Use Disclaimer

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical treatment, or diagnostic use. By purchasing, the buyer assumes full responsibility for proper handling and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
